Delivery Areas

We deliver to all Australian states and territories. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $50: FREE standard shipping
  • Orders under $50: $9.95 flat rate

Express shipping available for urgent orders. Contact us at admin@angellink.com.au or call 0433 336 886 for express shipping rates.

Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched from our Condell Park, NSW warehouse within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Metro Sydney & NSW: 2-3 business days
  • Regional NSW: 3-5 business days
  • Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra (metro): 3-5 business days
  • Adelaide, Perth (metro): 5-7 business days
  • Regional QLD, VIC, SA, WA: 5-8 business days
  • Tasmania, NT: 7-10 business days
  • Remote areas: 10-14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST Monday-Friday are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: Some products may require additional processing time if they need to be sourced from our suppliers. We will notify you if your order will be delayed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery through our courier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@angellink.com.au.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Product names are not visible on the outside of parcels.

Delivery Issues

If you're not home: Most couriers will leave packages in a safe place or with a neighbor. If delivery cannot be completed, you will receive a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Missing or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@angellink.com.au with photos of the damaged packaging/items. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors
  2. Look for any safe place or mailbox delivery
  3. Contact us within 5 business days if still not located

We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement if the package cannot be recovered.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Please ensure you provide the correct address format including your parcel locker number or PO Box details.

Business Addresses

For deliveries to aged care facilities, hospitals, or business addresses, please include:

  • Business/facility name
  • Department or recipient name
  • Any specific delivery instructions (e.g., "Deliver to reception")

NDIS Customers - Special Notes

For NDIS plan-managed customers: Your order will be dispatched immediately upon payment confirmation. Your plan manager will receive the NDIS-compliant invoice separately via email.

For self-managed and NDIA-managed customers: Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. Your NDIS-compliant invoice will be emailed to you for claiming purposes.

Wholesale & B2B Customers

Wholesale customers with NET payment terms: Orders are dispatched according to your agreed payment terms. Large or recurring orders may qualify for scheduled delivery. Contact your account manager for details.

Public Holidays

No orders are dispatched on public holidays. Processing times may be extended during holiday periods including Christmas, New Year, and Easter.
